Selectmen: Gerald A. Bodmer and Ross A. Norton

Citizens: Ruth Nelson and Ben Crehore

Meeting Commenced:

1. Ross called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.

Business Conducted:

2. Warrant: Ross motioned to approve Warrant No. 31 for $99,330.83; Jerry, 2^nd; vote: 2-0.

3. Minutes: The minutes of the January 10, 2011 meeting were reviewed. Ross motioned to accept the minutes as written; Jerry, 2^nd; vote: 2-0.

4. Martin Luther King Jr. Day: The BOS acknowledge Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and events held throughout the State to celebrate it.

5. Citizen Issues: None

6. Lincoln County Budget for the 2011 Calendar Year: Ross tabled for further discussion among the three Selectmen.
