Meeting Commenced:

1. George called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

Business Conducted:

2. Warrant No. 31 for $21,325.08 was reviewed. George moved to approve; Jack, 2^nd; vote: 3-0.

3. Minutes of January 21, 2008 were read. George moved to accept; Brenda, 2^nd; vote 3-0.

4. It was agreed to hold assessment hearings beginning at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 3, 2008.

5. Citizens’ Issues:

A. Bob Mooney: EMA Director Mooney presented a letter to be mailed to residents soliciting help. It will include a special needs form. George moved to allow Bob to use the bulk mailing permit for the letter. Jack seconded the motion, vote: 3-0.

Bob also reported that the AGD kept in the town office needs a replacement battery at a cost of $136.00.

B. Dennis Dunbar asked when people could expect to hear about their assessment hearings. Jack answered shortly - within 60 days
