Meeting Commenced:

1. George called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.

Business Conducted:

2. Warrant No. 33 for $54,112.36 was reviewed and approved. George moved to sign; Jack, 2^nd; vote: 3-0.

3. Minutes of February 4, 2008 were reviewed. George moved to accept with a correction on time; Brenda, 2^nd; vote: 3-0.

4. George read a pier application from John Crispin for Map 1/Lot 2.2 on Treeside Lane. We will advertise, notify the abutters and hold a public hearing on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.

5. Jack moved to agree to the Budget Committee request for accounts received and accounts paid in Excel format (if available) for the period of January 1, 2001 through June 30, 2006. George seconded the motion; vote: 3-0.

6. Jack called Shawn Rafter regarding the amount of spam e-mails received by the office. The cost for a program from Wiscasset.net would be $144.00 per year. Shawn offered to provide a month free so it can be tested. George moved to accept the 1 month free trial; Brenda, 2^nd; vote: 3-0.
