1. 7 p.m. Open bids for Three year Snow Plow Contract:

G&D Cromwell, Westport Island bid $392,050.00 @ $122,350.00 per year and also includes a $25,000.00 signing bonus.

Holbrook Excavating, Inc., Woolwich bid$302,537.29 @ $97,880.00 year 1, 100,816.40 year 2 & 103,840.89 year 3.

BOS tabled final decision pending an inspection of Evan Holbrook’s equipment and insurance certificate at his business in Woolwich on 06/07/11 @ 4PM.George motioned to close bidding discussion at 7:14;

2. BOS Meeting Commenced:

George called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.

3. Warrant: George motioned to approve Warrant # 52, for a total of $57,028.67.

(Payroll - $4,385.03 and Payables - $52,643.64); Jerry 2nd, vote 3-0

4. BOS Minutes:

George motioned to accept the minutes of May 23, 2011 as written; Jerry 2nd, vote 3-0

5. Citizen Issues:

John Nelson delivered a check made out to the AD HOC Committee for the Wright House Non-Easement/Easement Property for 24 yards of soil ( $240.00) from Richard DeVries property. John further said that he would pay G& D Cromwell for the trucking and backhoe services.

6. 2011-2012 Heating Oil Contract:

George requested authorization to negotiate this season’s oil contract with Downeast Energy;
