BOARD OF SELECTMEN, ASSESSORS AND OVERSEERS MEETING

JUNE 8, 2009

Present:

Board members: George D. Richardson, Jr., Brenda J. Bonyun and Ross Norton

Citizens: Jerry Bodmer, Dennis Dunbar and Ruth & John Nelson

Guest: Charlotte Boynton of the Wiscasset Newspaperd

Meeting Commenced:

1. The meeting was convened at 12:30 p.m.

Business Conducted:

2. Warrant No. 49 for $8208.75 was reviewed. George moved to approve; Brenda, 2^nd; Vote 3-0.

3. The minutes of June 1, 2009 were read. George moved to accept; Brenda, 2^nd; Vote 3-0.

4. George reported he met with Bill Dale in reference to the ongoing Baker Road issues. Bill will come view the road at the end of June.  He recommended we send information to the DEP to alert them of potential problems with water contamination from run off.

5. George received a copy of the water test done at Peter Grant’s property beside the abandoned dump site.  Jerry Bodmer took the information to share with the Ground Water Committee.

6. George motioned to adjourn at 1:40 p.m.; Brenda, 2^nd; vote: 3-0. The meeting was adjourned.
