1. BOS Meeting Commenced:
George called the meeting to order
at 7:00p.m.

motioned to approve Warrant #54, for a total of $100,357.25 (Payables);
Ross 2nd, vote 3-0
3. BOS Minutes:
George motioned
to accept the minutes of June13, 2011 as written; Jerry 2nd, vote 3-0
4. Three Year Snow Plow Contract:
George advised that the BOS agreed
to reject the 3 year snow plow bid proposals from Contractor Evan Holbrook of
Woolwich and G&D Cromwell of Westport Island.
However, in accordance with the contract provisions, the BOS renegotiated a 3 year snow plow contract proposal with G & D Cromwell for $308,322.00. Also, the BOS agreed to pay $25,000.00 at the signing of the contract, but not to exceed the $308,322.00 negotiated contract price.
5. CPA Contract:
George motioned to sign the CPAs
contract to provide services for the years ended June 30, 2010 & 2009

6. Committee Appointments:
Due to the volume of committee
appointments (+60) required to be signed by the BOS for this year, George
motioned to sign them after the meeting adjourned: Ross 2nd, vote 3-0
