Meeting Commenced:

1. George called the meeting to order at 12:13 p.m.

Business Conducted:

2. George moved to approve Warrant No.1 for $12,993.59; Ross, 2^nd; vote: 3-0.

3. The minutes of the June 29, 2009 meeting were reviewed. George motioned to accept as written; Jerry, 2^nd; vote: 3-0

4. Mr. Greenleaf has agreed to move the stone wall back at least 10 ft. on Baker Road. The selectmen will meet with Garry Cromwell, Road Commissioner, to place road stakes. The deadline for moving the wall is July 16, 2009. The town will install a culvert if needed.

5. Victoria Hibbard has been removed from the Planning Board for failure to attend meetings.

6. George motioned to appoint the following:

Planning Board:

Sandra Besecker: Alternate for 2 years.

Ruth Nelson: 3 years.

John Wallace: 1 year

Board of Appeals: Cathy Fuller as Alternate for 2 years.

Deputy C.E.O.: Ron Stoodley for 1 year.

Deputy L.P.I.: Stuart Wyman for 1 year.

Lincoln County Consortium: Joe Donohue as Assistant Rep.

Jerry seconded the motion; vote: 3-0.
