Board of Selectmen Emergency Meeting to finalize the paperwork for the lease purchase of the fire truck, with Oshkosh, for the Westport Island Fire Department.

George called the meeting to order at 08:40 p.m.

2. Fire Truck:

2011 Pierce Responder, 1250 GPM, CAF Pumper, built on an International Harvester 4400 chassis, for a cash sale price of $251,299.00, including the prepay discount of $9,882.00. To be financed through Oshkosh Capital with the payment schedule attached. The date of the payment shall be on the 15^th of July, 2011 through July, 2021.

The BOS is awaiting a sales contract from Pierce.

George motioned to approve and sign all the legal the paperwork for the lease purchase of the fire truck
