1. BOS Meeting Commenced:

George called the meeting to order at 07:05 p.m.

2. Warrant:

George motioned to approve Warrant # 4, for a total of $35,634.94

(Payroll- $3,997.25 and Payables- $31,637.69); Jerry 2nd, vote 2-0

3. BOS Minutes:

George motioned to approve the minutes of the July 07, 2011 BOS Emergency Meeting held to finalize the paperwork for the lease of the new fire truck; Jerry 2nd, vote 2-0

George motioned to approve the minutes of the July 17, 2011 Board of Assessors meeting which denied the Greenleaf Cove Association’s Open Space Abatement request ; Jerry 2nd, vote 2-0

4.Appointment:

George motioned to appoint Jason Abbott as a member to the Conservation Commission for a (3) year term; Jerry 2nd, vote 2-0

5. CEO Issue:

The CEO, Gary Richardson, advised the BOS of an “after the fact” triple fee building permit issued to Richard & Sandra Amistadi for an expansion of a garage on their property located at 34 Oak Pt.Rd.. He asked the BOS to determine of any further penalties and/or enforcement is warranted.

Further, Gary advised the BOS about Shoreland Zoning Violations at the same address and asked who will determine a course of action to resolve the issues locally and said that he had contacted the DEP regarding the issues as well. George arranged for a BOS visit to the site, with Gary, on 7/26/11 at 5:30 p.m.

George moved to adjourn the meeting at 08:15 p.m.: Jerry 2nd, vote 3-0
