approve Warrant # 18 for a total of $29,837.76

3. Approve Minutes
George moved to approve
the minutes of 10-24-11. Ross 2nd, vote 2-0
4. Agreement with Tax
Payer
George motioned to enter
into an agreement with a resident tax payer to settle their tax bill.

On the 25th of October
we appeared before the Maine State Property Tax Board of Appeals on the denial
of Rum Cove LLC Tree Growth Plan. All evidence was presented and the
board ruled in favor of the Tow of Westport Island. Vote 3-1
