1. BOS Meeting Commenced:

George called the meeting to order at 07:02 p.m.

Business Conducted;

2. Warrant: 

George motioned to approve Warrant # 19 for a total of $7,988.65

 (Payroll- $ 656.00 Payables- $ 7,332.65); Ross 2nd, vote 2-0

3. BOS Minutes:

George moved to accept the minutes of October 31, 2011.  Ross 2^nd, vote 2-0

4. Conservation Committee & Senior Citizens Room

George motioned to let the Conservation Committee assemble the window inserts in the Senior Citizens Room provided that they don’t interrupt any scheduled meetings and products and materials be stored off site.  Ross 2^nd, vote 2-0

5. HRC Award:

George motioned to present HRC Committee with an award for outstanding service for the town coming from the Spirit of America Foundation.

6. Meeting Adjourned:

George moved to adjourn the meeting at 07:48 p.m..; Ross 2nd, vote 2-0
