to approve Warrant No.20 for $3,138.71; Ross, 2nd; vote: 2-0.
3. The minutes of
the November 9, 2009 were reviewed. George motioned to approve with one
correction on Item 4: to change the name Teresa Richardson to Teresa Dunlop; Ross,
2nd;
vote: 2-0.
