Ross motioned to
approve Warrant No. 24 for $14,348.23; Brenda, 2nd; vote: 2-0.

The minutes of
the December 8, 2008 were reviewed but required amending.
4.
Brenda moved to
accept the new digital tax map policy as written. Ross seconded the motion; vote: 2-0.
5.
Brenda moved to
appoint Pauline Langmaid to the Human Resource Committee. Ross seconded the motion; vote: 2-0.
