1. The meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m.

2. The Town received a letter from Fair Point Communications requesting copies of records for all property owned by Verizon.

3. Brenda made a motion to accept the minutes of the December 15, 2008 meeting; Ross, 2^nd; vote: 3-0.

4. George moved to accept the revised minutes of the December 8, 2008 meeting; Brenda, 2^nd; vote: 3-0.

5. George moved to accept the digital tax map policy; Brenda, 2^nd; vote: 3-0.

Meeting Adjourned:

6. George moved to adjourn at 8:05 p.m.; Brenda, 2^nd; vote: 2-0. The meeting was adjourned.
