1. BOS Meeting Commenced;
George called the meeting to order
at 07:09 p.m.
Business Conducted:
2. Warrant: George motioned to approve Warrant #37, for a total of
$30,685.90
(Payroll - $1,039.17 and Payables -
$29,646.73); Jerry 2nd, vote 3-0
3. Citizen Issues: Richard
Devries requested that the BOS allow him to use the Town mail stamp to mail the
residents of
David Blake explained the GWPC
proposed well data request form and requested the BOS accept it and allow it to
be attached to future Building Permits as well as the External Plumbing
Permits. George motioned to allow: Ross 2nd, vote 3-0.
Further, David explained to the
BOS the content of the GWPC Well Data Base as well as provided a current copy
for the BOS’s consideration.
Bill Hopkins provided a copy of
the Conservation Committee & the TPL organization’s press release regarding
the potential conservation of the
Ruth Nelson advised the BOS that
the Public Hearing on the proposed changes to the Building Code will be held at
7:00 PM on March 8, 2011.
Further, Ruth offered that she was
currently in the process of writing for a $500.00 grant to help with the cost of repainting the
4. Proposed Warden Appointments to the DMR:
George motioned to propose the
appointment of Adam Webber and Gerald (Jay) Seigers as Shellfish Wardens until
June 30, 2012, to the Dept. of Marine Resources; Jerry 2nd, vote 3-0
