1. BOS Meeting Commenced: Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm

2. Warrant: George motioned to approve Warrant #38 fro $1,441.87.

(Payroll - $1,405.34, Payables - $1,296.53) Ross 2^nd, vote 3-0

3. Minutes: George moved to accept the minutes of February 28, 2011 as written by

Ross Norton, 3^rd Selectman, Jerry 2^nd, vote 3-0

4. Jetty Project: George motioned to sign the Notice of Award for the Jetty Project for

$104,000.00. Jerry 2^nd, vote 3-0

5. CMP Smart Meters: Jerry Bodmer has invited CMP Rep. Steve Daniels to meet with the

selectmen to discuss the installation of the new Smart Meters.

6. HRC Food Pantry: George motioned to approve the request for an insurance policy on the food

and shelving for the HRC Food Pantry. Jerry 2^nd, vote 3-0
