Appeal from Greenleaf Cove Association requesting open space category for common lot, Map 4, Lot 46,

requesting a 95% assessment reduction.

3. Huskins’ Letter of Denial:

After reviewing Mr. Huskins letter of denial, the Board of Assessors are recommending a denial of the open space request.

George motioned to deny Greenleaf Coves Association’s request for open space abatement.

Ross 2^nd; Vote 3-0
